Changes in fiscal representation / VAT law

With the revision of the VAT Act, the following innovation will come into force on 01/01/2018. The obligatory tax liability of a company is no longer determined solely by its domestic turnover, but also by its domestic and foreign turnover. Companies with a worldwide turnover of at least CHF 100,000.00 are subject to VAT in Switzerland from the first franc onwards. We are available at any time if you have any questions.
